You may have an administrator account in Vista. For the normal user who searches the internet, checks email, and probably uses paint just for kicks then you would never know the difference. However if you ever tried to do a task like create a partition then you may have been prompted with a message that tells you that you do not have the appropriate privledges. Now you are scratching you head and wondering what happened. You log out and see the title Administrator and then log in only to recieve the same message. It is easy enough to work around some of the messages by simply right clicking an item and selecting to run as an administrator. However somethings that you need to do will not have this option. So what do you do now?
When you purchased a copy of Windows XP and installed it then you may have noticed that the administrator account and the guest account are already assigned. I Vista this is not so. You are prompted to create an account and name. Thats when most made their “Administrator” account. Let me tell you how to unlock the actual administrator account and avoid error messages. It is so easy a cave-man can do it.
1.Right click on the start menu.
2. Select all programs to open the explorer menu.
3. Select accessories to open up the explorer menu.
4. Right click the Command Prompt and select run as administrator.
5. Now type the following that you see in figure 1.1 (If unable to read the image you type…………. Net user administrator /active:yes
Image 1.1
6. Now just hit enter and you should be given the true administrator account that will give you full control over Vista(At least as much as Microsoft allows).
Now to disable it you would just put Active:no at the end of the code. Just for you information you should use a standard/limited account for safer browsing. Refer to Tips to Lock Down You PC for more information on basic security.

First thing is first. This is not an OS install. This is simply an offline website that you can do some okay things from. I have yet to install 95 or DLX Linux on it yet. I really doubt that sony would not try to lock down the firmware to keep 95 or Linux from being installed by now. I am very out of date on this matter.
Secondly it is not hard and you are really using a Java Site to Mimic and play for a little while.
1.Connect the PSP via USB.
2.When auto play comes up select open folders to view files. If your PSP was not acting right like mine then just put your Memory Stick into the card reader. Don’t have a card reader? Hope that autoplay works fast.

USING DISK DEFRAGMENTER AND DISK CLEANUP THE RIGHT WAY You may have heard about how important it is to use disk defragmenter and disk cleanup. However you may not have heard that their is a right way and a wrong way. Do you use Defragmenter first or cleanup up first? Many people who I talk to say that they run defragmenter first. Sorry to say that this is wrong. The proper way is to use disk defragmenter second. If you use it first you will arrange the hard drive so that everything that goes together is in the right place. So what happens of you defragment then pull unused/temp/trash files off of the hard drive. At this point you are now stuck with a fraged drive. See my point. Clear out the old files and then defrag.
To use disk cleanup do the following….
Click the start menu> hover over programs programs to open up the explorer> click accessories> click on system tools> now just click Disk Cleanup.
The program will prompt you as to what to do from here.
To use Disk Defragmenter do the following.
Click the start menu> hover over programs to open up the explorer> click accessories> click on system tools> now just click Disk Defragmenter.
Run defragmenter about once every other month. Unless you add and remove programs on a regular basis this is about all you will need.

I am now studying to take my 70-270 exam. So far I have the 271 and 272 down. This gives me the title MCDST. I am not satisified with that however. I have made it my personal goal to go one step beyond what any other student in my schools history has done. Since the Knoxville campus opened in 2003 no student has made it out of the door with their MCSA. Strange as it is! This school tries to push their students out of the door with their MCSA. For some reason they have had zero luck in accomplishing this task. Three away and planing for another one tells me that I am on my way. I also have many other goals before I leave the school. They provide the materials needed to prepare you to pass the following….
Linux+
Network+
Security+
A+
MCSA (and even the MCSE)
Now there are six titles listed here. With-in a year I will have five of these. MCSE can wait for a a little while. My instructors have also given me the resources that I need to help pass the Certified Ethical Hackers exam. That will be long term. I must say that right now I am three away and it feels great!
